Business Analyst - Fixed Term

Job Description: Merkle is a leading data-driven Customer Experience Management (CXM) company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. We are now seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst, with a strong CX focus and skillset to join us in a Fixed-Term, 6 Month Contract. This is a high-impact digital transformation project requiring deep understanding of complex booking flows, secure payment integrations, and personalised customer experiences.
