Keeta-3PL Capacity Operation Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities： 1)Collaborate with regional team on partners' capacity schdueling target and capacity attendance performance, leverage partner feedback loops to enhance goal-setting precision and operational feasibility. 2)Lead end-to-end execution of capacity scheduling targets, monitor and analyze partners performance,and help drive corrective actions for underperforming partners and areas. 3)Design and optimize synchronization and interaction processes with local team to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements： - 1-3 years’experience in 3PL logistics operations (last-mile focus preferred). - Data-driven strategist with proficiency in analytical tools (SQL/BI). - Proactive ownership demonstrated in dynamic work environments. - Fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
