Temporary Customer Service Administrator - Southend £12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Monday to Friday Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in fast-paced, busy environments? We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team in Southend on a temporary basis . • Role Overview: As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone with call centre experience or a background in high-volume customer service . • Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer queries via phone and email Updating internal systems with accurate information Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues Providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment • Requirements: Previous experience in a call centre or busy customer service role Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday Must be willing to undergo a DBS check and Credit Check • What's in it for you?
