Clinical Research Nurse

Position: Freelance Research Nurse Location: Bari, Italy Client: Global Leader in Decentralised Clinical Trials About the Role: Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a globally renowned clinical research organisation, currently conducting innovative Decentralised Clinical Trials (DCTs) worldwide. As part of a major, long-term study in Acute Ischaemic Stroke , they are seeking experienced freelance Registered Nurses to join the team on an ad-hoc, flexible basis —with opportunities available in Bari and surrounding areas. Study Details: Therapeutic Area: Acute Ischaemic Stroke Start Date: October Visit Duration: Approx. 2 hours Visit Schedule per Patient: Days 4, 7, 11, 14, and 18 Study Duration: 20 months Key Clinical Skills Required: Venepuncture Centrifuge handling ECG administration (no interpretation required) Cannulation Port-a-Cath access and de-access Injection administration Candidate Profile: Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting GCP Certificate (R3) required Clinical trials previous experience Be set up as Freelancer Must own a car and be comfortable travelling locally for home visits or clinic-based assessments ABOUT PLANET PHARMA Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
