Welcome to Mailship! We're a leading company in the e-commerce logistics field. We're looking for a L2 Proffessional to care about our warehouse software in Carpiano. Support and troubleshooting our intern Warehouse Software . Comunication: You will work with customer support in English and warehouse staff in our Italian warehouse. Admin Support: You will be responsible for managing and administering various systems and accounts, assigning access and setting permissions. Process improvement. Learn and grow: You have a desire to develop our system and want to learn. What skills and experience should you have? IT support (or IT admin, Tester, ) experince is a good start - and if you don't, you'll learn quickly! Basic knowledge of SQL and Postman is great . A good command of English - you'll need it to work with internal systems and communicate with colleagues. You can explain things in simple terms. Why Mailship?
