Global Commodity Risk & Ops Analyst

This role supports the Commodity Risk Management team, responsible for upholding the Commodity Risk Management Framework. This role will be responsible for validation and confirmation of commodity compliance, buy plans & coverages. The role will communicate with Commodity Buyers and be responsible for data collection, data quality control, data validation, reporting and analytics. The role will also require administrative oversight of the Compass Platform, which is an end-to-end tool for monitoring commodity purchasing and compliance. Accountabilities: Provide administrative capabilities for Compass (Commodity Automation Portal). Actions include governance of accesses and roles, ad hoc support for back-end updates Validate in-month commodity coverage and provide support via trade validation and matching to supplier confirmations Reconciliation of supplier coverages to Compass System for Global Reporting Review commodity buy plans across 2 dozen playbooks to ensure accurate statement of data in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Learn and integrate new capabilities to enhance existing and future work-streams Support identification, collection and reporting of appropriate global metrics to track productivity performance and drive improvement [Make decisions and execute actions relative to the accountabilities] Provide insightful analysis and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations Cross functional / sector collaboration to drive synergy on data analytics works-steams [Make decisions, provide consultations to sector teams and execute actions relative to the accountabilities] Adhoc requests from Global/Sector leadership Requirements: 2-3 years of experience with bachelor’s degree preferably in Data & Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Prior experiences and knowledge in one or more key PepsiCo Financial/Operation area is preferred (Finance, Operations, etc.) Experience in data analytics and modeling utilizing PowerBI Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel Advanced English level
