Supplier Management Analyst

Position Title: Junior Supplier Management Analyst Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico Role Purpose As a Junior Supplier Management Analyst , you will support the onboarding, connection, and training of suppliers in key procurement platforms such as the Supplier Portal and e-Auction tool. You will also assist with internal reporting tasks and help manage the procurement ticketing system by responding to or triaging incoming requests. This is an ideal role for someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to start or grow their career in procurement or supply chain within a global business environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Supplier Onboarding and Enablement Support suppliers in connecting to the Supplier Portal and e-Auction platform. Share access instructions and conduct basic platform training. Ensure suppliers understand and accept portal usage and invoicing requirements. 2. Communication and Supplier Support Communicate all system and invoicing requirements clearly. Address supplier questions or facilitate exceptions when necessary. Document supplier responses and follow up on pending confirmations. 3. Internal Reporting Support Review and clarify internal report requests. Estimate time and resources needed and assist in developing reports in collaboration with IT and Business Service Center (BSC). 4. Ticketing System Support Review and validate procurement-related ticketing requests. Resolve simple issues directly or escalate to appropriate teams for follow-up. Ensure timely and accurate ticket resolution or triage. Candidate Profile Recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Interest in procurement, supply chain, or business process support. Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems. Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams. Advanced English (able to read and write emails and manuals in English).
