Job Title: Project Manager (with Account Support Responsibilities) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We’re a growing digital agency with a tight-knit team of 5 specialists across creative, content, SEO, paid media, and client services. We thrive on collaboration, clarity, and delivering high-quality work — and we’re looking for a Project Manager to become the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. Role Overview: As our Project Manager, you’ll own and manage internal workflows and timelines, ensure cross-functional alignment, and keep everyone focused and on track. You’ll also support light client communication and account management, helping us maintain strong relationships and seamless onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities: Project Management (80%) Own project timelines and team workflows using Monday.com Coordinate across departments (creative, content, SEO, paid media, client services) Lead weekly or bi-weekly sync meetings with clear action items and updates Proactively flag bottlenecks, missing information, or overdue tasks and follow up Ensure work stays within scope, on time, and aligned with business goals Create internal documentation and reusable task templates to streamline operations Serve as the operations backbone for the team — organized, clear, and reliable Account Management Support (20%) Act as a light point of contact for a small group of clients Assist with onboarding new accounts and setting expectations Help manage external timelines and deliverables with partners Draft client-facing status updates, meeting notes, and light reporting What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of project management or operations experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment Strong familiarity with Monday.com (or similar tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp) Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Spanish bilingual a strong plus Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines Self-starter with a proactive mindset — you don’t wait for someone to ask Bonus: Experience with SEO, paid media, or content workflows.
