Main Purpose: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern / Paralegal to support our legal team in various tasks related to legal research, document preparation, and case management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Position Requirements: Law Degree Student English advanced Experience: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Law school. Prior experience and familiarity with MX law preferred. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge and Technical Requirements Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Key Job Accountabilities: Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft and review legal documents, including memos, briefs, contracts, and correspondence. Organize and maintain legal files and document management systems. Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry standards.
