Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities § Responsible for recruitment and hiring processes for employees. § Responsible for entering employee’s information in the HR TRESS system. § Responsible for entering employees’ information in the Workday system. § Responsible for update the Medical & Life insurance data, and support our employees for any needs regarding this topic. § Assures employees’ files are updated and kept in compliance with company and local regulations. § Maintain control of employee files, labor contracts and probation periods updated. § Management of Medical Insurance & Insurance Life. § Pre- Payroll management Nidec Companies: Nidec Drive, Nidec Minster, Nidec México and Nidec México Shared Services. § Payroll management for Interns. § Keep and update HR policies. § Responsible for hourly wage structure administration, supervising procedures are followed by supervisors. § Manage Individual Work Contract for employees. § Manage day-to-day Labor Relations situations. § Assists with postings of employment opportunities. § Responsible for workflow approval in daily basis. § Responsible for the Headcount Report in monthly basis or when needed. § Administrate benefits according to proper policies & documentation (vacation, vacation premium, childbirth, marriage, bereavement, long term absences). § Responsible for employee’s ID badge printing. § Responsible for all Social Security modifications (hires, dismisses, salary changes and integrals), Nidec Companies: Nidec Drive, Nidec Minster, Nidec México and Nidec México Shared Services. § Active participation in motivational programs. § Organize and coordinate social events such as Christmas parties, Mother's Day, Plant meeting, etc. to comply with the Communication Plan. Education, Experience and Skills § Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. § 2 – 3 years of work experience directly related to Human Resources. § Knowledge of LFT (Ley Federal de Trabajo). § Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and team work participation. § Strong people and highly creative skills. § Ability to make presentations (written and oral) § Good communication skills: written and oral (English and Spanish) at different levels. § Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, email, and data base programs. § Human Resources Information Systems experience, Workday, TRESS system preferred. § High Confidentiality for handling employees personal data.
