Position Overview OMI is looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Co-create and implement cross-channel digital marketing strategies. Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and email platforms. Oversee website management in WordPress, including SEO and GEO optimization. Write and refine copy for digital content and ads. Analyze digital performance, generate executive reports, and recommend improvements. Coordinate digital audits and competitive research. Manage marketing CRM tools and customer interaction modules. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact. Stay ahead of digital trends, propose innovations (AI, automation, etc.), and integrate new tools that elevate our strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus). Strong experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and analytics. Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency required. Hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools. Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
