Location: Marín, Nuevo León. Job Requirements: University degree required. Advanced English (mandatory). Preferred experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, or automation equipment sectors . Strong negotiation and project management skills. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience . Responsibilities: Global management of suppliers for electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and general commodities. Support operations in the Mexico plant and new product development projects. Drive supplier performance improvement. Execute sourcing activities, including onboarding new suppliers and cost reduction initiatives. Manage supply chain risks. Coordinate with the global sourcing team for project development. Handle direct purchasing activities.
