FP&A Manager - Bilingual | Guadalajara Mexico

MezTal is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced, data-driven FP&A Manager to join our Finance team in Guadalajara. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights, we’d love to hear from you. As our FP&A Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting decision-making across the organization through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams both in Mexico and the U.S., contributing to key business strategies with clear, data-backed recommendations. Activities : Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes in partnership with business units. Build and manage financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives. Analyze financial performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights to senior leadership. Investigate variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, identifying key drivers. Partner with department heads on financial guidance for investments, spending, and resource allocation. Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations. Conduct scenario planning, long-range forecasts, and risk assessments. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with internal policies and external standards. Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools. Collaborate across finance, operations, and other key departments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus). 3 years of experience managing FP&A, (preferably in a multinational or high-growth environment). Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar tools is a plus. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset. Detail-oriented with a high commitment to accuracy. Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently. Experience in industries such as senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or property management is a plus. Work Location Hybrid model (3 days on-site per week) in Guadalajara, Jalisco .
