Senior Product Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Technical (PMT) to play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions. As a PMT, you’ll be the bridge between engineering and business—working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize value across a portfolio of technical products, with a strong focus on customer outcomes and platform capabilities. This role offers deep engagement with technical architecture, APIs, logs, integration patterns, and developer-focused platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to shape high-impact features, contribute to innovation, and drive decision-making backed by data and technical insights. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical voice of the customer , translating customer needs into scalable technical solutions. Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to drive product strategy and execution. Define, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog that delivers measurable value. Dive deep into the tech stack, system integrations, and developer platforms to inform roadmap decisions and ensure delivery of robust, cloud-native solutions. Partner with delivery leads to break down complex technical problems into clear deliverables using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban). Conduct technical and business analysis using logs, metrics, and SQL queries to support product decisions. Facilitate trade-off discussions and decision-making with stakeholders at all levels. Own communication of product vision and execution progress to senior leadership and technical teams. Drive continuous improvement efforts and champion a data-driven mindset across teams. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering trust and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Required Qualifications: 7 years of experience in technical product management , ideally working with cloud-native platforms or developer tools. Strong technical acumen —comfortable working closely with APIs, querying with SQL , analyzing logs, and understanding system architectures. Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management. Proven success in managing platform-scale products , integration-heavy systems, or backend technologies. Experience translating complex technical topics into clear, value-driven business deliverables. Skilled in stakeholder communication—able to articulate decisions and influence at executive, peer, and engineering levels. Data-driven approach with a track record of using metrics and experimentation to guide decisions. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience building or working with developer platforms , APIs , or PaaS/IaaS environments . Familiarity with observability/logging tools and infrastructure environments. Prior experience as an engineer or architect (strong plus). Experience working in high-scale, high-availability environments.
