Quotation & Contracts Specialist

We’re Hiring: Account Quotation Specialist Location: Guadalajara Department: Sales Operations Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about supporting commercial success through accurate pricing and efficient processes? Join us as a Quotation Specialist for Strategic Accounts and play a key role in managing quotes, pricing contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support major customers in the region. What you’ll be doing: Manage end-to-end quote requests (RFQs), ensuring pricing accuracy and policy compliance. Maintain and update pricing contracts and agreements in internal systems (Siebel / JDE). Analyze customer and competitor data to identify business opportunities. Support internal sales teams and deliver clear, timely communication to key accounts. Key qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in quoting, sales support, or customer service roles. Bilingual: English and Spanish. Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/CRM tools (Siebel, JDE preferred). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
