Job Duties: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems Identify areas for improvement and efficiency within the organisation Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs Create detailed reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive change Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related qualification Experience: 5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of business processes and systems Ability to gather and analyse data effectively Proficiency in creating reports and documentation Strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
