Maintenance Foreman

Join an FMCG team as a Maintenance Foreman in the Western Cape! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing preventative maintenance plans aligned with production, budget, and performance targets for a food manufacturer. Your strong technical expertise in common food industry machinery, equipment and systems (electrical and mechanical) will be essential in ensuring department goals are achieved. To succeed in this role, you should have a Millwright Trade Test qualification and 2 5 years experience in FMCG (and at least 2 years senior managing position experience). Your attention to detail, adaptability and ability to lead and manage a team will also be valuable.
