Qualifications and Experience: Education : Matric (Grade 12) essential. Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality , Operations , or Lodge Management is advantageous. Experience : Minimum 23 years experience in a back of house or operational role at a luxury lodge or hotel. Strong understanding of hospitality logistics , cleaning protocols , and stock control . Skills : Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Competent in inventory systems and basic computer skills (Excel, email, Word). Basic understanding of sustainability and eco-conscious practices . Other Requirements : Must be able to live in remote bush environment . Valid drivers license preferred. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks when required.
