Position Summary: We are sourcing Maintenance Managers with strong technical backgrounds to ensure reliability and performance of critical equipment in construction and offshore operations. Key Responsibilities: Define maintenance plans and critical spare strategy. Supervise multidisciplinary maintenance teams. Coordinate with operations, HSE, and vendors for repairs. Use CMMS to track work orders and performance indicators. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering. 7 years in maintenance roles in shipyards, plants, or offshore. Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability principles.
