IT Manager – Talent Pool This is a Talent Pool position. By applying, you agree to be considered for future IT Manager openings across offshore and project-based operations. Position Summary: We are building a pipeline of IT Managers to support technology operations in construction yards, project offices, and offshore facilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage site-wide IT infrastructure and services. Ensure cybersecurity and data compliance. Support ERP and engineering system integration. Lead local IT teams and vendors. Ensure uptime for all mission-critical systems. Requirements: Degree in IT, Systems Engineering or related. Strong knowledge in networking, servers, firewalls. 6 years in industrial or remote site IT leadership. Fluent English and good communication skills.
