Position Overview: This internship plays a key role in supporting revenue growth and customer acquisition through lead management, strategic outreach, and customer engagement. The position offers hands-on experience in sales operations, market research, and tech-driven customer support, directly contributing to the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Support Manage a high volume of platform registrations, acting as the first point of contact for new business opportunities. Conduct market research and client profiling to maximize lead conversion. Execute targeted outreach via calls and emails to engage potential clients. Assist in transferring qualified leads to sales teams, ensuring efficient follow-up. Track conversion metrics and analyze performance to optimize sales processes. Support product demonstrations to influence purchasing decisions. Customer Success & Retention Process customer support requests, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Help develop troubleshooting resources to improve user experience. Engage with customers via chat support to address inquiries and reduce churn. Generate reports on registrations, orders, and renewals for business insights. Cross-Functional Business Support Assist Sales Teams with cybersecurity-related initiatives. Contribute to internal training programs to maintain product knowledge consistency. Support license activation and tracking for operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between customers and product teams to relay feedback. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (3rd semester or above). Intermediate English (written and spoken) – ability to engage in professional communication. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts or strong interest in the tech industry. Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn sales and customer operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for customer and team interactions.
