Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project ManagerLocation: Saint-LaurentOur client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their Montreal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven, strategic thinker who's ready to take full ownership of complex construction projects.As Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects at varying stages, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. You'll work directly with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously- Interpret contracts and scope of work, ensuring full alignment with project objectives- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking to ensure milestones are met- Coordinate documentation, permits, and technical submissions with all stakeholders- Manage supplier negotiations, material procurement, and equipment delivery timelines- Approving invoices and monitoring overall project spending against the budget- Handle change requests, submit pricing for extras, and maintain tight cost control- Participate in client meetings and site coordination reviews; ensure follow-up on deliverables- Supervise the preparation of closing documentation and ensure a seamless project handoffQualifications:- 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project planning- Proven ability to manage budgets, lead meetings, and work across multiple teams- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills- Proficiency with MS Office and project management toolsPlease send your resume in Word format to Hannah Tiongson at hannah.tiongson@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
