About the Job You’re Considering We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager – Workplace Organization to join our innovative and supportive team. In this role, you’ll lead and manage projects within the Aerospace domain, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. Your Role Lead projects to meet objectives related to time, scope, cost, and quality , ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all relevant internal and external standards. Build and guide a cross-functional project team throughout all project phases, working effectively within a matrix organization. Promote continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned into future projects. Proactively manage risks, opportunities, and contracts (both internal and external). Foster strong relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity and compliance, supporting the company’s long-term success and reputation Your Skills and Experience A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field. Hands-on experience with AGILE methodologies for project management. Strong understanding of contract management and the ability to align with customer expectations and regulatory requirements (including Export Control). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact, influence, and collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Proven ability in resource planning, partner and subcontractor coordination , and managing organizational dynamics. Familiarity with project management tools and processes , including full project lifecycle management. Skilled in risk and opportunity management and effective stakeholder engagement.
