Company Description Endura Physio is a small, welcoming physiotherapy clinic located in the West Island of Montreal. We're currently looking to expand our team of massage therapists. We primarily work with independent contractors and offer a competitive commission structure. About the Role: We're looking for a caring and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team at our clinic in Montreal (West-Island). This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play an important role in helping clients feel their best—whether they’re recovering from injury, managing stress, or just looking to improve overall wellness. You’ll be working in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on client care and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. What You'll Do: Provide personalized massage treatments tailored to client needs Support clients in their journeys. Create a professional, welcoming, and calming experience Collaborate with our team to support client health goals Maintain clear communication and documentation What We’re Looking For: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing Excellent hands-on skills and a passion for client care Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A team player with a positive, professional attitude Flexible scheduling Experience in a clinical or wellness setting is a plus
