Apply now for this excellent role and start working promptly!What You'll Do:- Manage the full payroll cycle for CCQ-regulated construction employees- Ensure compliance with the Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) standards and collective agreements- Prepare records of employment and other payroll documentation- Respond to employee questions on payroll, deductions, and benefits- Enter payroll data and journal entries with accuracy- Handle requests from agencies including Emploi Québec, legal aid, and wage garnishment authorities- Assist with additional payroll or HR-related tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:- At least 3 years of experience in payroll and accounting- Strong understanding of CCQ regulations and payroll legislation- Proficiency in Excel- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy- Maestro software experience is a strong assetJoin a collaborative and supportive team where your expertise in construction payroll will make a real impact.
