Robert Half is working with one of our esteemed clients to find a Director of Finance who can drive financial planning, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver insights that shape business success.Responsibilities Include:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Drive the financial strategy, working closely with executive leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.Establish and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to guide the organization's decision-making Lead the budgeting process and oversee cost management initiatives to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and savings.Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, including accurate filings of financial statements and tax documentation.Partner with department heads to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and implement financial controls.Cultivate and lead a high-performing finance team, focusing on professional development and succession planning.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).10 years of progressive finance experience, with 5 years in a leadership role Strong command of financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel.Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.A strong strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.Proven success in driving financial efficiency and streamlining processes.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
