Position : Sales Director Building and Mechanical Systems Location: St-Laurent - Hybrid Industry: Industrial Manufacturing (HVAC, Mechanical, Machinery)Salary: 200k package with base salary incentives, full benefits, pension plan Are you a seasoned sales leader ready to take on a strategic dual-role with two leading industrial companies? We are hiring a Sales Director Building and Mechanical Systems to join our executive leadership team and drive top-line growth across complementary businesses in the industrial sector.About the Role:This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to shape and lead the commercial strategies of two well-established organizations. As the Business Sales Director, you will spearhead sales operations, develop unified and company-specific strategies, and oversee a team of 14 high-performing professionals.You will be at the heart of strategic decisions, leading initiatives that push boundaries in HVAC, mechanical, and industrial manufacturing markets.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute tailored sales strategies for both companies, identifying collaboration opportunities to grow market share and profitability.- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower sales teams, driving a culture of accountability and excellence.- Customer & Market Development: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners. Uncover new markets and drive expansion initiatives.- Sales Operations: Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting to ensure competitiveness and sustainable growth.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on customer expectations.- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management and ensure alignment with business objectives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA a strong asset.- Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical, machinery, or similar industrial environments.- Proven success in growing revenue and managing sales operations at scale.- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Able to balance the needs and priorities of two distinct organizations.- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required.What you bring:- Strategic vision and operational execution.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.- Confidence in high-stakes negotiations and team leadership.- Passion for growth, performance, and innovation.- The ability to lead in both corporate and manufacturing settings.Working conditions:- Physical Requirements: Ability to alternate between office work and active presence on shop floors; must be in good physical condition, with occasional work inside machines.- Travel: Regular international travel to client sites.
