Accounts Payable Administrator

Robert Half is partnered with a Canadian manufacturing organization who is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator to their team. This is a full time permanent position located in the Georgetown area. The Accounts Payable Administrator will be reporting to the Controller and will be responsible for;Monitor AP inbox, process PO and non-PO invoicesMatching invoices with purchase orders and packing slipsAccurate coding invoices, obtaining approvals, and data entry of invoices into ERPPrepare payment runs weekly via EFT, Wires and ChequesProcess employee expense reports Follow up with vendors and perform vendor statement reconciliations Support the Controller with Month End CloseQualificationsDiploma or Certificate in accounting, bookkeeping or similar highly desiredMinimum 2 year's Accounts Payable experience Manufacturing industry experience is an assetERP experience such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or OracleIntermediate MS Excel skillsStrong communication skills and customer service oriented Detail-oriented and ability to work in a high volume environmentIf you are interested please apply today for immediate consideration!Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
