Become the driving force behind our success! Use your communication and management skills to orchestrate deliveries, serve our customers with excellence, and solve challenges in real time. You'll have a direct impact on smooth operations and customer satisfaction, while working in a stimulating and dynamic environment. Your role:Plan and coordinate delivery schedules, routes and driver assignmentsAct as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding delivery servicesAdvise on delivery capabilities, including lead times, product placement and specialized servicesAdjust orders, process changes and ensure accuracy of documentationMaintain communication with drivers and track completion of deliveriesCheck stock availability and coordinate with procurement team if necessaryProcess payments, close orders and ensure all documentation is correctEnsure compliance with health, safety and loss prevention guidelinesManage customer inquiries, provide quotations and resolve delivery issuesAny other related tasks ensuring the smooth running of sales What we're looking for:Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle pressure and multitaskFlexibility and sense of urgency to deal with the unexpectedGood judgment, sense of responsibility and organizational skillsAbility to work as part of a team in a noisy and distracting environmentProficiency with standard office equipment If selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
