Technical background (vocational education or similar) is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail, quality, and process control. Ability to work independently in a 5-shift rotation schedule. You check if parts and documents meet quality standards before moving to the next step. You safely operate machines and follow instructions closely. You set up equipment for production and pilot runs. You monitor output and fix problems early. You keep accurate records of your work. You work well with others, take feedback seriously, and follow safety rules. Minimum education is a high school diploma or similar. No experience needed. Preferred: Lean Six Sigma or safety-related training. Operate and monitor Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) machines in a high-tech production environment. Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery. Ensure product quality through visual inspections and basic measurement tools. Follow strict work instructions and safety guidelines.
