Warehouse Manager

About the Role: A leading logistics and supply chain company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at their facility in Rilland. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, team management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. Implement and optimise warehouse procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs. Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain flow. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse management or similar logistics role. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both written and spoken). Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
