Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Speciality Cook Level 4 (Indian Cuisine) to join our team at Bombay Corner in Delft. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Indian culinary traditions and will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes, innovating recipes, and maintaining operational excellence in the kitchen. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Indian dishes Develop and experiment with new Indian recipes Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and consistency Maintain high food quality standards and portion control Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance in the kitchen Collaborate with the kitchen team and assist in training junior staff Qualifications: Proven experience in cooking Indian cuisine in a professional kitchen Deep knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and regional recipes Ability to innovate and contribute to menu development Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence Food safety certification is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you're passionate about Indian cooking and want to be part of a growing restaurant with authentic roots and ambitious goals, we’d love to hear from you.
