The Role: We are seeking a KPI-driven Operations Manager to lead our warehousing operations for a key account. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team and ensure the seamless operation of our warehouse. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team within the warehouse. Oversee daily warehousing operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate closely with directing staff and senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows. Monitor and exceed KPIs; data analysis experience is a strong plus. Ensure compliance and quality in contract logistics, especially with food products. Work closely with customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
