Job Description: Wir suchen aktuell eine*n Logistikkoordinator:in (m/w/d) Standort: Bremen, DE Art der Stelle: Vollzeit (37,5h) Befristung: Unbefristet Ihre Aufgaben Sie arbeiten in einem motivierten, Team und sorgen für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Logistik. Ihre Hauptaufgabengebiete sind: Steuerung und Überwachung der gesamten Logistikkette - von der Beschaffung bis zur Auslieferung Koordination zwischen Einkauf, Produktion, Versand, Speditionen und Zoll Organisation und Abwicklung von BAFA-relevanten Lieferungen Bestandsüberwachung und Materialverfügbarkeit sicherstellen Pflege von Frachtpapieren, Lieferscheinen und ERP-Daten Frühzeitige Problemerkennung und aktive Lösungsfindung Unsere Anforderungen Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, idealerweise als Logistikkoordinator oder in einer ähnlichen Position Erfahrung in der Transportkoordination, idealerweise mit BAFA-Themen (idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zoll) Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Logistiksoftware (ERP-Kenntnisse, z.
