This is a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst Practice Lead to shape and mature the BA function within a growing Belfast-based team that supports international operations. You’ll play a central role in defining and promoting best-in-class analysis practices, mentoring a talented team of BAs, and driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and standards. The Role As BA Practice Lead, you'll focus on practice leadership, not just delivery. You’ll work across the BA function to: Define and govern BA standards, methodologies, templates, and workflows Promote consistency and traceability in requirements gathering Conduct quality reviews and ensure alignment with global best practices Mentor and develop BAs, run workshops, and guide training initiatives Lead process improvement and support value-driven analysis practices Promote effective use of tools like Jira and Confluence Stay current with BA trends and contribute to thought leadership Provide supervisory oversight for assigned BAs The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 5 years' experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts Strong background in structured analysis, business process modelling, and stakeholder collaboration Proficiency with Jira and Confluence Experience working in or with a BA Centre of Excellence or standards-focused environment Benefits: Competitive salary with discretionary bonus potential 9% pension contribution Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Income Protection Hybrid working model (Flexible) Ongoing CPD and career growth opportunities And more!
