Job Title: Leveraged Finance Associate – Mid-Senior Level Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Associate (2-5 PQE) About the Role An international law firm with a highly regarded Banking & Finance practice is seeking a talented Leveraged Finance Associate to join its London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated leveraged and acquisition finance deals in the market, advising leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers. Key Responsibilities Act on complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions , including sponsor-led and corporate financings. Draft and negotiate credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documentation, and related contracts. Advise lenders, sponsors, and borrowers across a broad spectrum of financing structures. Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions to deliver innovative, commercial solutions. Support senior lawyers with business development initiatives and help build strong client relationships. About You Qualified solicitor in England & Wales. 2-5 years’ PQE with strong leveraged/acquisition finance experience from a leading law firm. Excellent technical skills in leveraged finance and related banking work. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing abilities. Able to manage complex matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Commercially astute with a genuine interest in the leveraged finance market.
