Property Damage Litigation Executive

The Role I’m working with a leading national law firm, recognised for its expertise in insurance litigation and its collaborative, inclusive culture. As the firm continues to expand, they are now looking to recruit a Litigation Executive / Paralegal to join their well-established Property Damage team. In this role, you’ll support experienced solicitors on a varied caseload of defendant property damage matters, including claims arising from fires, floods, water leaks, subsidence, and impact damage. The work involves defending claims on behalf of insurers, local authorities, and housing associations. Your responsibilities will include preparing court documents, managing evidence and disclosure, drafting witness statements, liaising with experts and counsel, and attending hearings and case conferences. You’ll also play an active role in progressing files toward resolution and assisting in developing strong client relationships.
