This is an opportunity to be apart of a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation for resolving complex commercial disputes with efficiency, clarity, and commercial insight. The Role: This is a unique opportunity to work closely with highly experienced litigators on a diverse and challenging caseload, including: Contractual disputes Shareholder and partnership disputes Insolvency litigation Debt recovery for businesses and individuals Contentious probate and trust disputes, supported by ACTAPS-accredited expertise You’ll be given early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop both technically and commercially in a supportive and high-performing environment.
