Clerk of Works

Our client is an affordable homes contractor who builds homes for local housing assocations. Due to a busy work scheduler they are looking for a Clerk of Works to join their team on a permanent basis in Merseyside. The clerk of works plays a vital role in maintaining quality control on a construction site, ensuring that the final product meets the required standards and specifications. Responsibilities: Regularly inspecting construction work. Ensuring adherence to building plans, specifications, and building regulations. Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship. Identifying defects and deviations from the agreed standards. Reporting progress and issues to the project manager or client. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
