Job Title - Project Manager (B2B Events) Salary - £35-42k Location - London Reporting to - Senior PM, Account Director, CS Director Permanent Contract - Hybrid (3days on site) Role Summary: My client is looking for an experienced event project manager who specialises in B2B events with a background in incentive travel programme and on-site experience. You will work closely with key clients across a wide range of exciting projects. Responsibilities: - Project Management (Ownership of project delivery, including client communications, timelines, deliverables and budget management) - Onsite Management - Financial Management - Health and safety management - New Business - Assisting accounts team in pitches and proposal as necessary - CRM Management - Supplier Management Experience/Skills: - Strong organizational skills - Autonomous - Take ownership and responsibility - Flexible & adaptable - Live events experience - On-site events experience - B2B Events experience Requirements: - Extensive event production experience in an agency environment - Experience of incentive travel programmes - Video Production & graphics (not essential) - Travel - Should be comfortable travelling to on-site events and/or to client offices - Must have full UK driving license and own a car.
