Senior Scientist – Antibody Discovery We’re looking for a highly motivated, lab-focused Senior Scientist to lead antibody discovery projects in a dynamic biotech environment. You’ll apply your expertise across phage display, antibody profiling, and high-throughput screening, while adapting to evolving client needs and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Independently design and execute antibody discovery studies Lead phage display campaigns and downstream profiling Develop and optimise immunoassays (ELISA, HTS) Perform antibody sequence analysis and library construction Apply SPR/BLI for biophysical characterisation Collaborate across teams while driving individual experiments Innovate and refine lab methods and workflows Requirements PhD or equivalent in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field Strong industry experience in antibody discovery (exceptional academic candidates considered) Hands-on expertise in: Phage display and antibody libraries SPR, BLI, ELISA, HTS Sequence analysis and method development Study design and execution Proven ability to work independently and in teams Enthusiastic about lab-based research Desirable Experience with cell culture, protein purification, and functional cell-based assays About Planet Pharma: Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
