Finance Business Partner - 12 month contract

Were looking for a commercially-minded accountant to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to develop into a long-term opportunity. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys partnering with the business, delivering insightful financial analysis, and building strong relationships with colleagues across both finance and non-finance teams. Youll play a key role in supporting decision-making and helping drive performance an excellent stepping stone towards a fully-fledged Business Partner role. What youll be doing: Preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Producing variance analysis and clear, insightful financial commentary. Supporting profitability reviews and balance sheet reconciliations. Getting involved in commercial proposals and identifying process improvements. What were looking for: Proven experience preparing the full set of accounts. A confident, outgoing personality comfortable building relationships with senior non-finance stakeholders. Strong Excel skills and a good head for working with data.
