Senior Quantity Surveyor

Were seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor on a range of long-term, high-value projects across the North East. This is a permanent role with strong progression potential. You'll be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and sub-contractors from procurement through to final accounts. Ideal Candidate: 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role Experience on commercial, education, or public sector builds Strong NEC/JCT contract knowledge Based in or willing to relocate to the North East Salary: Up to £75,000 package (DOE) Start: ASAP
