Diagnose faults and carry out defect rectifications. Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections to ensure compliance. Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well-stocked. Supervising the technicians on the night shift What We're Looking For: Experienced HGV Technician with a solid mechanical background. Health & safety-conscious with strong attention to detail. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field preferred – time-served experience considered.
