This role involves managing complex, high-value residential property transactions—including high value, prestige, off plan purchases for high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities: Handle high-value residential transactions, including new build/off plan Act as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, developers and investors Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Work collaboratively in-office at least 3 days per week Requirements: Minimum 6 years’ PQE in residential property law Buyer-side off plan experience is essential Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Background in high-value transactions for HNW clients Previous experience at a well-regarded City, West End, or leading regional firm What’s on Offer?
