We are currently partnered with a top international law firm who are looking to hire both a mid-level and senior associate into their Corporate, Digital & Tech team with a particular focus on digital infrastructure. The team is highly regarded for it's work on high-value, bespoke commercial agreements across the communications and technology sectors. The practice has deep expertise advising on complex digital infrastructure transactions globally, acting for telecom operators, infrastructure platforms, and financial investors on a broad range of matters — including asset disposals, acquisitions, and long-term commercial agreements. Our client is open to candidates from 3PQE upwards, ideally coming from a Magic Circle or top City firm with strong academic credentials. They are also open to foreign-qualified lawyers with relevant sector experience who are looking to transition to the London market.
