Senior Cost Manager

Job Title: Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager Location: London Sector: Construction / Consultancy Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 Bonus Package Type: Full-time, Permanent An established and growing consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is looking to appoint an experienced Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager to join their team in London. They work across sectors including Data Centres, Commercial and industrial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be client-facing and confident working on complex projects from inception through to completion. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services across a range of schemes, with a focus on both pre- and post-contract duties. Key Responsibilities: Full project lifecycle cost management, from feasibility through to final account Preparation of cost plans, estimates and procurement advice Tender document preparation and analysis Contract administration and employer’s agent duties where required Post-contract cost control and reporting Stakeholder and client engagement, acting as a key point of contact Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful delivery Requirements: MRICS qualified or working towards chartership Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships Previous experience within industrial or data centre sectors is desirable, but not essential Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a wider team This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy offering real career development, exposure to significant projects and the chance to make a tangible impact.
