This senior role requires an experienced creative leader from the beauty industry to elevate the brand’s visual identity and drive standout, social-first campaigns for a leading beauty platform. As Creative Director, you’ll shape the brand’s creative vision, leading the ideation and execution of multi-channel campaigns that are visually compelling, culturally relevant, and aligned with market trends. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction and execution of integrated beauty campaigns across all channels. Develop standout visual concepts that reflect the brand’s identity and speak to a modern beauty audience. Oversee the creation of social-first creative assets with a focus on engagement and storytelling. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Content, and Social teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Mentor and guide in-house creative teams, providing strategic and constructive leadership throughout the creative process.
