Senior Service Designer London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite) Up to £76,000 10% Bonus Benefits ️ Permanent | Public Sector Focus We’re partnering with a global design consultancy, part of one of the world’s largest tech and transformation businesses, as they grow their public sector design team in London. They’re looking for a Senior Service Designer to help shape inclusive, scalable services that deliver measurable impact across government and healthcare. What you’ll be doing: Leading service design work across complex, multi-stakeholder public sector programmes Translating research and policy into user journeys, service blueprints, and delivery plans Running co-creation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities Providing design direction across agile delivery teams Supporting junior designers and championing best practice in service design Collaborating with technologists, researchers, strategists, and policy teams We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in a consulting or agency environment, working on large-scale transformation programmes Has a track record of delivering impactful service design work in public sector settings Is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping strategic direction Brings strong capabilities in systems thinking, design leadership, and service mapping Understands the delivery lifecycle from discovery through to implementation The Package: Salary up to £76,000 10% annual bonus Hybrid working (2–3 days in the London studio or with clients) 25 days’ holiday bank holidays Enhanced pension, healthcare, training budget & more This is a chance to join a highly regarded, international design studio committed to human-centred transformation, working on services that millions rely on.
