Contracts Advisor – Construction Law Focus Location: Belfast Permanent | Infrastructure | Construction | Civils A great opportunity has opened up for a Contracts Advisor to work across a variety of complex, high-value projects. What you’ll be doing: - Reviewing, analysing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements - Supporting tenders and procurement processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation - Advising project teams and senior stakeholders on contractual and legal matters - Managing and maintaining accurate contract records and documentation What we’re looking for: - Degree in Law (LLB) or Construction, with a keen interest in Construction/Commercial Law - Experience within construction or civil engineering and a working knowledge of NEC / FIDIC contracts - Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines - Exposure to procurement processes and/or further legal study would be a bonus This is an ideal role for someone looking to deepen their expertise in contracts while working on challenging infrastructure projects in a supportive, professional environment.
